What is alphabiotics?
A hands-on alignment technique done from the base of the skull to release built-up tension. It is a wellness practice, not a medical treatment.
Is alphabiotismo the same as alphabiotics?
Yes, it is the same practice. Alphabiotismo is simply its name in Spanish, the one used in Mexico.
Is alphabiotics safe?
Done by a trained practitioner, after a check and with the contraindications respected, it is a firm, brief practice: we explain each movement and you can ask us to stop at any time. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first.
Does the alignment hurt?
It shouldn't hurt. It is firm and precise; we explain each movement and you can ask us to stop.
About your visit
How long does the first visit take?
About 10 minutes: a conversation, a posture check and an alphabiotic alignment. If you add a deep tissue massage, about 60 minutes.
How often should I come?
It depends on the person; we tell you at the end of your visit, with no commitment.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes.
Do you take walk-ins?
We recommend booking on WhatsApp so we can give you the time that works for you. If you walk in, we will see you if there is space.
Can I be seen in English?
Yes. Dante, our alphabiotist, speaks English during your consultation.

How much does an alphabiotic alignment cost?
MX$350 per session, with the posture check included.
How much is an alignment with massage?
MX$1,000.
How much does a chiropractic adjustment cost?
MX$800 per session, only if we recommend it after your check.
How much does cupping cost?
MX$500 per session.
How much does a deep tissue massage cost?
MX$800 per session.
How can I pay?
In cash, by bank transfer or by card.
About your health
Does it replace seeing a doctor?
No. It is a wellness practice and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Can I come if I'm pregnant?
Talk to your doctor first and, if they give you the go-ahead, let us know when you arrive; we will talk about it in private.
Can I come if I have osteoporosis or recent surgery?
You need a medical assessment before any hands-on technique.
Total price per session, in Mexican pesos, VAT (IVA) included. We accept cash, bank transfer and cards. If we recommend another service, we tell you the price before we start.
