Your first visit starts with a conversation, a posture check and, in most cases, an alphabiotic alignment. If during the check we find a specific area worth working on, we explain the chiropractic adjustment, what it feels like and what it costs. You decide whether we do it.
It is done by José, a chiropractor on our team. It takes about 15 minutes and costs MX$800.

Does the adjustment crack?
Sometimes you hear a pop. It is air being released in the joint, and it is not the goal of the adjustment. We let you know beforehand, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
It is not recommended without a medical assessment if you have osteoporosis, a fracture, recent spine surgery, circulation problems or symptoms such as tingling or loss of strength.
